Now that there are several of us who are actively working in Hollywood, I am proud of us ultimately because the thing about trans Hollywood that you will learn is that we all know each other and we all support each other."
Zackary Drucker, cultural producer and filmmaker: "In the next five years, I would love to direct a feature. I would love to direct something that's like a Nowhere for the new generation. Something that's funky and weird and hilarious. Not something super mainstream but something that's indie and arty. I want to direct a cult film. I feel like that's a realistic goal. It's a simple goal. I feel like it's so important that we tell stories that advance the causes that we believe in, and I feel so strongly about putting our community first."
Jazzmun, actress: "I always tell people, 'Look, you’re in a relay darling. Someone handed you the baton, run your lap, run it fiercely. Do your part. And then pass it on.'"
