to the minimal amount of people reading this right now, hi. i'm rachel. i've been on tumblr for nearly 3 years now. i used to be super active a year ago, but now im pretty dead on here because i've gotten a 'life' you could say. i only come on when i feel like it, and usually i just reblog stuff and then leave again.

i really miss being on here though. i miss the excitement of gaining followers, the joy of having your favorite blog follow you, the thrill of trying out for promo groups, everything really, maybe even those stupid gossip blogs ((fangirlsmack who remembers that omfg tru oldie)). but mainly i miss the people i got to know on here.

i got to know so many incredible people from all over the world who had different perspectives, different backgrounds, and just people who are so different from me. yet we all bonded through our favorite bands, artists, books, etc. and i loved that. it was so fun to be able to get each others skype, and hear their voice, or go on tinychat with a group and have funny sesssions. i learnt so much about different cultures and people. the people i met on here have shaped me in such a unique way that i cant fully describe, but its amazing. 

some of the friendships i've made on here have still lasted, especially the one with my ultimate tumblr bestie tammy ((whom i got to meet irl a year ago)) and fizzy ((whom i still meet every month or whenever we have time)). sometimes we talk about how things used to be, on tumblr and everything. and how we promised 'to never leave tumblr.'

i think thats why i havent deleted my blog. despite the hundreds of followers i've lost over the last year, i've never brought myself to deleting my blog, because of that single promise. 

i miss so many people on here, and im so excited for this group, because it really reaches out to me i feel. so to the minimal amount of people reading this right now, hi. im rachel. message me sometime, i miss you :)
