"What a silly question to ask!" He exclaims. Tilting his head at Julie fondly.
"I like to look at the most beautiful things! And all my friends are very beautiful to look." He speaks in such a monotone way yet it still sounds so genuine and truthful coming from him. And then there's a smile on his little puppet face. All happy and content with the answer he gave.

"Julie! Hey, Julie! Wait up!"
Waving his arm from across the street, Eddie's expression lit up at the sight of the other neighbor. Making sure to look both ways before crossing, safety first and foremost, Ed hurried across the street.
"Great timing, Neighbor! I wanted to ask you somethin'!"
That something was in his hands, brightly colored even against his own rainbow palette. A birthday card, complete with doodled balloons, confetti, presents, and even a little drawing of a cake! A thick envelope too, clearly hiding all kinds of birthday goodies.
"It... doesn't have a name. Or an... address? Not that I really need an address cuz' I already know where everyone's mail goes..... Any ideas? Is it anyone's birthday today?"
Eddie rubbed the back of his neck, almost sheepish that he needed to ask for help. Or that his thoughts wandered to the last time someone had sent him a birthday card.... when was his birthday, anyway?
"I'd hate for it to go undelivered, but I'm having a hard time and I don't wanna open it and ruin their surprise..."

Slumber parties were NOT something new , Julie and Frank had them every other week , or close to . However , they focused MORE on teddy bear raves and playing dress up .

"hm..." what didn't make frank upset, honestly? wally hums softly in thought as he contemplates her words to set the thought aside. julie was always so sweet and compassionate, her advice was much heeded. "well... if we show it to him, don't you think he would be happy to see we caught this for him?" he responds. that would be such a lovely gift. that would be enough for Frank to forgive him for the little "paint incident" certainly...

Tilting the umbrella back to see this rather BIG rainbow in before them . Reaching his hand out for a test , only to still have TINY DROPS of rain wet his hand .

Looking at more than just the middle , but also an IDEA on where the rainbow may end and began . A new wonder , and excitement showing as an AWE of his mouth and no longer a FROWN .
❝ Julie ! I think we could find the ends of the rainbow , do you want to find it too ? I head there is a bed of flowers with ALL the colors of the rainbow waiting at the end ! ❞

moving was a lot of work. even more so for a puppet who has yet to live on his own. the boxes inside that needed unpacking was beginning to overwhelm him a bit, so why not take a break to try and greet some of the new neighbors?
he wandered for a little bit. would he get lost in this process? probably. oh well! they’ll find their way around eventually. the first face he had seen was her.
