The three key trends of attacks that (re) emerged, but are fully expressed this year are:
Crypto ransomware
We have seen an unprecedented increase in the number of Crypto ransomware attacks, and we are not seeing signs of a slowdown in this trend. Due to the wide prevalence and high frequency of phishing attacks, individuals must be aware of how to avoid and report threats, and crisis response teams must be able to respond quickly to those reports.
