Week 3: Home Sweet Home... ?
So, so. This was a slow week. Nothing much happened. Pretty boring. Same old same old. Lots of the regular stuff exCEPT THAT SIMON AND I KISSED! Like really really full on lips touching kiss. We were just, together and I mean we've been hanging out since school started and I really really like him right and so, after trying like seven times of me trying to ask him out we were in the library and I asked him.
AND HE SAID YES!
Well okay he said more along the lines of "I would love to go out with you" and then his hands were cupping my face and we were kissing. I really hope I didn't suck at it because honestly I've never done that before. I know kids back at the home used to practice on their pillows sometimes but, I never did? I've never seen anyone make out or anything either so I really have no idea if what I was doing was even remotely close to correct.
But long story short, I have a boyfriend now. And we're doing cute couply things wow okay I have a boyfriend I am someone's boyfriend can we just take a moment to just, wow.
I'm probably supposed to talk about other things aren't I? Well, there's not much to say. Thanksgiving is coming up or I guess it already passed for some. I don't know if they were planning on doing anything in the cafeteria or something, but I'd like to maybe get Silas and Simon together and a few of their friends to just have a little party. It doesn't even have to be a party I just... want to do something. It'd be fun. Teachers could even come too! Maybe Mr. Gadreel or Headmaster or Mr. Winchester would want to come.
We used to light candles and stuff back at the home. It wasn't much but with over ten kids all with different backgrounds, we celebrated a lot of holidays. And birthdays actually. Jackie's turns 10 on the 24th.
I've been trying not to think about them. I can't call them so what does it matter? It's better not to think, not to feel. It doesn't hurt as much this way. Now that I'm all depressed and all I'm probably going to finish up my homework so that I can go hang out with people and distract myself.
That concludes this week of Griffin's internal blabbing.
