For the meme thing... Can you please do 40 for Jeemaro? I miss you writing those two. (If not it's cool!) Thank you!
oh wow that’s really sweet! I’m so happy you liked my Jeemaro fics :DI miss writing them too.
Jeep was mad at him. There was no other way to put it but Jeep was absolutely furious with Camaro. He wasn’t entirely sure why either. He arrived at the house, said he was going to take Jeep out for dinner, Cruiser got all up in his face about how much of a delinquent he was, Cam argued back - which was his right - and told Cruiz that he could take his boyfriend out whenever he wanted to where ever he wanted to. And what was so wrong with going out for late night burgers anyway? It was just another night like any other so why should Cruiz get all up in his face about it?
That was when Jeep stormed out of the room. Cam heard his bedroom door slam and then he ran up there, shouldering past Cruiz who started to tell him to get lost. His boyfriend was upset and it was all Cruiser’s fault, of course he wasn’t going to get lost.
“Go away, Cam! You’re a dick!”
Okay… rephrase that. Jeep was upset and it was all Cam’s fault.
“What did I do?”
“Just leave!”
Camaro chewed his lower lip. He wasn’t going to get anywhere through a closed door, he had to talk to Jay face to face. So he pulled a Derek.
And nearly fell off the roof. Apparently werewolves were better at sneaking through windows than anthropomorphic cars were. Who knew.
“Come on, Jay! Let me in! I think I’m going to fall off the roof!”
“Pity.” Jeep replied from the other side of the window. The brat.
Cam knocked on the window, persistently. “Jeep, I’m sorry. What did I do? I always fight with that prick when he tells me I can’t take you out! We were going to celebrate our anniversary tonight! Come on.”
“Oh, oh so now you remember!”
“What do you mean now?”
Jeep rushed over and hauled the window open, causing Cam to stumble because he had been leaning against it. He awkwardly climbed inside even though Jeep was at his throat, practically shouting at him.
“Tonight is our anniversary and we’re just ‘going out for late night burgers’ because that’s so romantic Cam!”
“It’s not like I wanted Cruiser to know what we were doing!”
“Oh sure. Like I believe that.”
“Besides, you like late night burgers.”
“Not for fancy anniversary nights! The humans do all these… romantic things for this stuff. I’ve googled! I’ve asked Stiles!”
“Oh yes, the perfect romantic candidate. Didn’t he take Derek out for curly fries for their anniversary?”
“Not the point!”
Cam laughed, rolling his eyes as he sat down on Jeep’s bed to watch the blue haired boy pace his bedroom. If Cam could draw him he would have steam coming out of his ears.
“I have a romantic thing planned. It was a surprise though.”
“Uh huh.”
“Seriously, I have a whole night planned out. It would be fun if you just give it a chance and believe me. I’m not lying or making things up. There’s a boombox involved. Do you know how long it took me to find a boombox?”
Jeep rose his brow, “Why not just use one of our sound systems?”
“Because yours kind of sucks.”
Jeep scowled at him. Not quite helping his case of getting Jeep to warm up to him again, but it was the truth.
“And I don’t want either of us to be in car form. I wanted it to be romantic. I watched a lot of rom-coms with Erica and Lydia to get this right.”
“You… you really did that?”
“I did. At least five. There was a marathon of 80s classics. They put ribbon in my hair.”
Jeep let out a sound that vaguely resembled a laugh and Cam tilted his head. “Have I entered an alternate universe or did you really just crack a smile for me?”
“Did not.”
But the smile he was trying to hide on grew and it made Cam rise off the bed and cross the room, arms wrapping around the jeep’s shoulders to bring him in closer. “I think that’s a smile you have there. Smiling at the amount of torture I went through to plan a romantic evening.”
“80s rom-coms aren’t that bad.” Jeep tried to brush it off, turn away, but his smile was growing with each second.
“Neither is having Lydia paint your nails a charming shade of blue but it’s still making you smile.”
“Is not.”
“Is too.”
“Shut up.”
Camaro laughed, pulling Jeep in for a kiss that was mostly teeth from them smiling so wide. “Come on, we’ve got a schedule to keep.”
