The panel was at Magsfest 2016 it was AWFUL there's even a video of it on YT. What's worse is that an animator who worked on UT was there when it happened and other animators were seriously uncomfortable.

OK IM WATCHING THE 1999 HXH DUB AND IM ON EPISODE 12 AND LEORIOS GETTTING MAD AT KURAPIKA ABOUT HOW MENCHI DIDNT SCRATCH UP HIS FACE AND HE YELLED AT HIM, "WHY DIDNT SHE ATTACK YOU HUH??? TELL ME" AND I THOUGHT "bc hes cute" AND KURAPIKA SAID "maybe.........its because im cute?"
