Bruford - Adios A La Pasada (Goodbye To The Past)
Allan Holdsworth - Road Games
Jeff Berlin and the Cissy Strut - Live at Rudy's Jazz Room - Great funky music - I miss concerts!!!
True, the outfits whose names are taken from those of their members declare something with that sort of a moniker, which is why I assume they're the best option for supergroups. Anderson Bruford Wakeman Howe could be seen as another case of that, though I am not quite sure we could call them something like. Sure, they consist of progressive rock superstars, yet they already collaborated together in Yes, so this band could be understood as a reconfiguration of the most famous associates of the collective without the pressure of the giant cognomen. Unsurprisingly, they managed to get included back into the original gathering, though the music they did under the different brand shows us why, i.e. Anderson Bruford Wakeman Howe were the classical Yes for the late 80's.
