i literally want a room change she is a nasty person. she will go 5 days straight with no shower. she falls asleep with food in her bed, it spills everywhere yet she continues to sleep in the blankets without washing them. she steals my food and not even just stuff that’s out in the open, she searches in my drawers. and now she’s shaving vag in the middle of the bathroom floor I CAN’T DEAL

Alright… since the first ever commercial promoting Survivor I’ve wanted to watch it. I actually wanted to go, never did and now it’s not possible. But I’ve watched all the seasons of it, rewatched almost all of them (new season started up 😂). But through it all I’ve watched Probst get more and more diabolical with his twists and turns.

I do miss some of the … not simpler, because they weren’t simple but the individual immunity challenges where you had to use your mind. Either figure out a puzzle or remember a sequence Jeff showed them, or run around a bunch off different directions to get bags of puzzle pieces and put together a puzzle at the end or listen to a story about the history of where they are, a story about some guy/gal and have to run around answering questions and if you got it right you got a talisman. Stuff like that… I miss those, I get people want endurance but it does say outwit and while that does have its place before tribal council it should have its place in challenges too. IMHO

🛑 WARNING! SPOILERS AHEAD FOR SURVIVOR SEASON 49

However… this weeks survivor episode 2 Jeff had them send one tribe member from each tribe on a journey. They had to do a coconut toss, toss coconuts into the other tribes baskets and which ever basket is left standing wins the advantage. The red tribe won. And the guy had a choice to either take a personal advantage or do a tribe advantage. He chose tribe.

Fast forward to the immunity challenge… they get there and this is where the advantage is to be given to the tribe for their disadvantaged. Jeff tells them about the journey and that the red tribe picked the tribe advantage and has the guy bring it over. Jeff then explains the disadvantage, so the tribe knows what they are bestowing on one of the other tribes, Jeff also says they have to explain why they are picking the tribe… i really do love this twist, it was awesome!

The disadvantage is as follows. Each tribe member will get a 20 pound backpack of coconuts to carry through the obstacle course. And instead of getting the key they need to unlock the rope and move forward, they get ten keys and only one will fit. I know nobody in the yellow tribe will agree but that’s a great disadvantage. Could have made them blind folded for a different immunity challenge where they didn’t have to balance in a ladder lol

The red tribe says that they are feeling bad for blue because they haven’t won anything yet and that is 4 losses, they are already down a member and they don’t want to burden them further, they give it to the yellow tribe.

So… this is so amazing and heartbreaking to watch. Blue starts out pretty good, they go through the obstetrical course well and start digging for their ladder so the can get the key down. Blue gets their ladder first, red is still digging and yellow hasn’t gotten to that point but they aren’t too far behind.. Blue has a pretty big lead y’all! I mean seriously, they start working on their puzzle… everybody is still looking for their ladders.

Yellow finds their ladder and then after a bit red does too.

Blue has been at the puzzle for what feels like a solid minute or two if not longer, they are still ahead and still haven’t gotten ANYWHERE on their puzzle. Maybe three pieces if I’m being nice.

Red is in last place but yellow has to this find the right key now so yellow and red are now neck and neck… then, everybody is up and over and yellow starts on the puzzle a few seconds before red starts.

Blue you ask? Weeeelll…. Blue still has 2-3 pieces put together and is a disorganized, everybody is talking but nobody is doing a thing. So, this whole big lead they had ends, they fall far behind pretty quickly because there are too many chefs in the kitchen. Yellow gets theirs done after about 3 minutes (I’m being nice on how long it took them, it probably was less than that), red has theirs done about 5 seconds later and…. Blue…. Same three pieces, same blank looks 🤦🏻‍♀️

I hope blue figures something out before Probst decides to make them switch tribes randomly. Though… he might do it anyway to mess them all up. Maybe put a twist and make them only two teams. 🤷🏻‍♀️😂
