To Gracie, my dearest: I truly do not know what I would do without you. You, and those around me at the Society know all too well how focused I can get on my projects, to the detriment of everything else in my life. And yet, you pull me out of my shell, remind me that there is more to this life than just science, rogue or otherwise. You remind me that life is meant to be lived. To that end, I wish to take you out for a nice meal- say, Sunday night, 8 o'clock? Yours always, Dr Henry Jekyll

I’m glad I’m able to remind you of that. To be honest, I’m the same way- if it wasn’t for you, I don’t believe I would come out of my room at the Society! Seeing you smile makes it all worth it, every moment. Thank you for that.

        ... Jekyll is sad to see that he is effecting his Master poorly... This was no good, for a man like him to allow his lesser half to condone the light of others in such poor manner. No, Jekyll frowns feeling that he must try harder to disallow such happenings from occurring. Even if he loves his master, Even if he knows his master is of the few people to accept him for who he is. Jekyll worries far too much for his heart to bare.
