Jelfine

This is Jelfine! A seamstress with a wonderful eye for fashion. She runs a luxurious clothing store in SpillsPeak. Before turf war became a popular activity there, she made a living off of selling fancier, more expensive wear. Nowadays, she produces more trendy, hip clothing for the squidkids, though her tastes haven't changed one bit.
