I can’t get over how brilliant Olivia Rodrigo’s use of the term “get him back” is! Like it’s so clever to use that one phrase as both meaning getting revenge and getting back together in the one song, but what’s truly masterful is how she’s able to flip the meaning of this phrase throughout the song without spoon feeding the double meaning to the listener. It’s all completely seamless but I recognised the wordplay right away like ugh she’s a GENIUS

Hello, would love some advice from any adults who bind. What is the safest way to bind? I’ve been nervous to get a binder because I’ve heard stories of them messing with people’s spines, but wearing a sports bra doesn’t flatten my chest enough and wearing more than one sports bra makes me feel like I can’t breathe.
