i'm sorry but i'm so fucking tired of everyone that works in that show having so much difficulty separating dean from his relationship with sam. why is that and "car women food" the only thing they can take out of his character??? after 15 years of showing so much more depth than that???? i always thought jensen understood it but from what he said i couldn't help but get the impression that dean wouldn't be able to keep going BECAUSE sam was dead. i agree dean would be devastated, specially because sam's death would only be part of so much more trauma, including cas dying, hell, his childhood, etc. BUT that doesn't mean he shouldn't, or wouldn't, continue to live his life. he should get therapy and meds if that helps and find people whom he loves and who love him. he should get to live a normal happy fulfilling life. he DESERVED that. and that's not even mentioning how the finale could just not have any of them dying. of jack bringing cas back and them all going on with their lives. which would make much more sense.
