Gabey?
Just so you are aware, I’ve categorized these by who the reader’s relationship is focused on. This means that if it is a SamxReader fic, then it will be under the Sam category. There might still be other characters, but they won’t play as big of a role as the central characters- even if the other character is the other brother.
Also, those ~made fancy~ are either gif drabbles, headcannons, or were written for a challenge. Requests are not ~fancified~. Also note that I have not included all of my headcannons. There are so many that it would take way too long to collect them all on my own time, but they can be found by going to my blog’s homepage and searching Headcannon in the search bar:)
—also if ive forgotten a fic then pls let me know bc I’m terrible at these things—
Could i request something where the reader is jensens daughter like 4/5 and her visiting him on set?
Word Count: 1070
Warnings: none that I can think of?? there’s a child in here so not really any need
A/N: so I hope this is what you were looking for:) I’m so sorry if this came out late because of who I am as a person but here you go
“There’s Uncle Jared, Y/N!” Danneel squeezed her daughter’s hand, grabbing her attention from everything around her. “Go say hi to him. I have to go, but make sure you go straight to daddy, okay?”
“’Kay.” She hugged her mother tightly before she watched as a few words were exchanged between the two adults. Her mother smiled at him, pressed a kiss to Y/N’s cheek- making her promise to behave- and walked off. Quickly, Y/N faced the tall man who was standing only a few feet away from her.
“Uncle Jared!” Y/N squealed as she ran up to him. He laughed as she clung against his leg, easily picking her up and into his arms. She giggled.
“Hello, Bug,” he chuckled. “Happy to see me?”
“Yeah!” she said loudly, grinning broadly. “I’m seeing daddy, too.”
“Oh, really?” he asked, carrying her towards Jensen’s trailer where he knew he was waiting. “You’re early. According to your father, you aren’t supposed to be here for an hour.”
“Momma let me come early,” she smiled brightly. Y/N put her hands on either side of Jared’s face. “Wait!”
“What is it?” he stopped, frowning. He tried to think of anything that he might have forgotten, but drew up short.
“I need a snack,” Y/N said in all seriousness. Jared barked out a laugh, placing her onto his hip.
“Your dad has snacks in his trailer,” he reassured her. “Well, the snacks that I haven’t eating.” She giggled, burying her face into his shoulder. He continued on to Jensen’s trailer.
To say Y/N meant everything to Jensen was an understatement. From the moment he knew that she was going to be visiting her on set, he had told anybody who would listen. Unfortunately, that meant Jared heard it all the time. It was a good thing he loved Y/N to bits.
“Ready?” he asked, already knowing the answer. She nodded vigorously, and he placed her on the steps leading into Jensen’s trailer. “We gotta be quiet. We’re going to surprise him, okay?”
“Okay,” she whispered. Tentatively, he knocked on the door.
“Come in!” a voice called from inside.
Jared carefully opened the trailer door. Putting a finger to his lips, he gestured Y/N forwards. She giggled quietly, standing behind his legs to hide herself.
“Jensen?” Jared called. “I’ve got someone here for you.”
“Who?” he asked turning around. He barely had time to finish the question before a small figure hurtled towards him, nearly knocking him over. “Oof!”
“Daddy, it’s me!” he heard his daughter squeal. He pulled back, looking at his child. He smiled, kissing her round cheek and pulling her close. They sat on the floor like that for a moment.
“Hey, Bug,” he smiled, looking back at his daughter. She was excited to see him- almost as excited as he was to see her.
“Wait a minute,” he frowned, checking the clock. “You weren’t supposed to be here for another hour. Don’t get me wrong,” he rushed when he saw her face fall. “I’m happy you’re here, Y/N, but I thought that you’d be here later.”
“Momma dropped me off early,” she pressed her hands against his cheeks, squishing them like she had done with Jared. “And Uncle Jared saw me so he brought me here! He’s so tall,” she whispered seriously. They both laughed.
“Yes he is,” Jensen grinned. “And now, you get to hang with your old man.”
“You’re my favourite old man, dad,” she said sincerely. Jared didn’t even try to stifle his laughter.
“Well, senior citizen,” he chuckled. “I’ll let you bond with Y/N. Have fun before your afternoon nap!”
“I’m only a couple years older than you!” he called after Jared’s retreating figure.“So,” he turned to Y/N, swiftly picking her and kissing her stomach. “Do you want to see around the set?” It sounded lame to his ears as soon as it left his mouth, and was about so suggest something else before he heard her small and excited voice.
“Okay!” she clapped. Jensen smiled. Standing, up offered his hand to her. She shook her head.
“What?” he frowned.
“Up.” She said expectantly, reaching out her arms towards him. Letting out a small huff, he lifted her up onto his hip. “Shoulders.”
“Whatever you want, Bug,” he smiled softly, carrying her outside. There he shifted her from his hip onto his shoulders, causing her to giggle. “We’re gonna have a lot of fun.”
“Daddy, I tired,” Y/N yawned in his arms, slumping against his chest. Jensen rubbed soothing circles on her back, gently swaying from side to side.
They had hung out together for hours, and though he knew she had love every second of it, she had tired out pretty quickly. He could remember the look on her face when she saw all the cameras and lights and props they used on set. Nothing made him prouder, though, when she asked to look at the pretty shiny black car that awaited them in the parking lot. She had begged to sit inside of it, and his heart swelled when she sat on his lap and clutched the steering wheel.
“I know, Bug,” he murmured, rocking her. “I know. Mom’s going to be here soon, though, so you can go with her.”
“I don’t wanna go back,” she whispered, burying her face into his neck. “I don’t like it.”
“Why not?” he asked, frowning. “You have mommy at home. You get to go to school and play with your friends.”
“Yeah,” she sighed. “But it’s not home without you.”
Well, didn’t that just break his heart.
Jensen sat down on the couch, pulling her close against his chest. He continued to rub her back, hoping to soothe her, as he spoke gently in her ear.
“Baby, I know you miss me,” he told her softly. “But I gotta work. You know that.”
“I know.” She sat back, looking up at him with sleepy eyes, hair mussed up from staying in his arms for most of the day. He hardly let her leave his grip.
“I’m almost done filming.” He kissed her forehead when she leant down on him again. “Then I’m coming home, and we can be together all the time. Okay?”
“’Kay.” She mumbled before heaving a sigh. Jensen waited expectantly, awaiting to hear something come from her, but only felt the shallow rise and fall of her back. He smiled.
