Alright I was tagged by jenyflint because apparently I am remarkably secretive about my music taste. I usually only listen to like Led Zeppelin and Kansas but I have a bunch of weird shit on my iPod. Not to mention every Beatles studio album.
Challenge: You can tell a lot about someone by the type of music they listen to. Hit shuffle on your iPod, phone, iTunes, media player etc and write down the first 20 songs. Then pass this on to 10 people. One rule: no skipping.
1. Since I've Been Loving You - Led Zeppelin
2. The Lemon Song - Led Zeppelin (aww yea i love this song)
3. Take On Me - a-ha (this is always one of the first songs to come up when i press shuffle)
4. Birds - Kate Nash (aww i used to listen to this on repeat)
5. Dazed And Confused - Led Zeppelin (wow i never get this much zep in a row when i shuffle but hot damn i fuckin love this song)
6. I'll Cry Instead - The Beatles
7. Venus - Bananarama (ah ye i dig this song)
8. Magnum Opus - Kansas (this is actually like a compilation of songs and i'm not gonna write the whole title but i actually almost never listen to this)
9. You Like Me Too Much - The Beatles (you'll never leave me and you know it's true / 'cause you like me too much and I like you...)
10. Cool For Cats - Squeeze (yeeessssss I love this song)
11.Till The End Of The Day - The Kinks (if you don't like the kinks you are dead to me)
12. You Really Got A Hold On Me - The Beatles (i don't like you, but i love youuu)
13. Bohemian Rhapsody - Queen (damn i grew up listening to queen, this is the best song ever)
14. Ramblin' Rover - Ceann (here's where we get to the weird shit, i'm so sorry)
15. D'yer Mak'er - Led Zeppelin (idk like i don't listen to houses of the holy much?)
16. The Ocean - Led Zeppelin (again i don't listen to houses of the holy much but this is quite a good song. this and dancing days are like the only ones i listen to from houses of the holy)
17. The Worst Pirate Song - Ceann (again, the weird shit. ceann is an american irish band that my dad likes, and my dad and i share a lot of music taste so of course i quite like them)
18. Mouthwash - Kate Nash (i'm getting so much of the same bands and artists like come on i have so much more weird shit)
19. Waterloo (English Version) - ABBA (ah another band that i grew up listening to. abba is awesome.)
20. Frozen Notes - Warren Zevon (you might know him from such songs such as werewolves of london)
K that's it. There wasn't as much Beatles as I expected, cuz usually I get like 5 in a row on shuffle because about 1/5 of my music is The Beatles.
I'm only tagging one person and that is urban--fanatic because she's my roommate and I know she listens to some weird ass shit.
