what do you do when you’re sad?

sleep!! too much. 16 hours a day. drink a lot of wine. isolate myself from friends, write music n eat too much

 what are some things you do when you can’t sleep? 

sometimes i go downstairs to the parking lot of my building where it’s echoey and sing until i get sleepy. I drink or smoke to try to knock myself out and if that doesn’t work I go to the beach to dance and listen to music.
