A man sexually harassed me on the train today and I couldn't say anything because I was late to work. This saddens me and now I feel like I did when I use to get bullied at school. I told my ex and he just got mad at me because I was high. That doesn't excuse the behavior and what happened to me. I'm sad and overwhelmed but I have to hold it down because I am at work

I've come to learn that I don't need anyone but myself. I am the only one who can and should accept all I am willing to give. No one truly appreciates me as they should and it's wack but it's the truth. I need to appreciate myself and give myself everything it is that I need. And everything that I try to give so hard to others. I'm going to go back to my selfish ways because caring for others gets me no where but with a broken heart.
