And You'll Be My Local Hero - Be My Role Model. And Don't, Don't, Don't Fail Me Now || Jeremy & Mila
Things had been quiet since the huge uproar in the whole werewolf community. Or so, Mila thought it had. Since leaving the pack, Mila only knew what the hunters did or whatever Rachel told her about the happenings within the pack. Otherwise, Mila was living a happily ignorant life with Jeremy and Jasper.
Today was one of the few days Mila was hanging out at home with just Jasper. Normally Jer dropped by, but he was out doing hunter-esque things at the moment. So, Mila opted to veg out on the couch.
Heavy footsteps outside caused Mila to perk up, distracting her from her movie. Scrunching her nose, Mila tried to distinguish the smell moving towards her door: woodsy and musky, mixed with blood and...werewolf?
All at once realization washed over Mila and before he could even knock on the door, Mila'd threw it open to a bloody and battered Jeremy.
"Oh my god." Hand flying to her mouth, Mila stared in horror for a split second before she wrapped an arm around Jeremy, careful not to put too much pressure on his ribs just in case.
"Couch. Now." Directing Jeremy, Mila kept her composure the best she could, but...shit. Once Jeremy was deposited on the couch, Mila sprinted to the bathroom, grabbing their first aid kit then to the freezer, grabbing the first frozen bag of whatever she could find.
Rushing back to the couch, Mila let out a long breath, wincing at the sight in front of her.
"I -- What happened?" Mila's brain was finally starting to catch up with her body and, as if she wasn't worried enough already, a new wave of panic started to flow through her.
"I don't even know where to start on you, Jer..." Looking over him again, Mila grabbed some gauze and something to clean his cuts, starting with what seemed to be the worst as she waited for him to answer her questions.
