My toxic trait is that I LIVE for problematic/forbidden/borderline toxic relationship tropes in books.

The age difference/power differential between Romitri…loved it.

The hate-filled/borderline abusive relationship between Jericho and Mac…couldn’t get enough.

The beating-the-shit-out-of-each-other between Casteel and Poppy…yes please.

Don’t get me wrong, my real-life relationships are not toxic and I demand the respect I deserve, but I like my fiction problematic and steamy.

do you think mac from fever series and rose would be friends? or at least get along? i'm not asking this bcos they are my favorite female characters, but they do have some stuff in common: they are both kickass, loves fashion, likes to party, have been through some real traumatic events, lost people they loved in a brutal way (mason and alina), went from spoiled clueless young ladies to grown badass women etc. tho rose is a lil more hot headed than mac but i think they could work it out lol

I think you’re absolutely right! What I love about both of these characters is that they’re absolute badasses. If I had to imagine them meeting, I’d think they’d probably butt heads at first (with their big personalities and all) but that eventually they’d reach a mutual understanding.

I would love a crossover where we’d get to see those two react. Not to mention how Dimitri and Jericho would react to each other.

hi if you're afraid of reading the next fever books because you think kmm is going to f*ck mac and barrons relationship: DON'T BE. seriously, if anything their relationship only gets better and stronger, ofc there's a few angsts here and there but it's really worth it. they are canonically soulmates.

Confession time: I actually DID read past where I said I was going to stop originally because I couldn’t stand not knowing. Haha! I think I made it to book 7 or 8 before I stopped. When I started reading the synopses of the next ones it seemed that Mac and Barrons were more sideline characters, and that they focused more on Dani. Eventually I think I’ll read on to get more glimpses of them, I just haven’t had the patience yet! ❤️
