Kionne's Line From Ancestor to Descendant
Here we have his ancestor, The Demented. He ran a rather cult to the following of a Goddess of Violence and bloodshed, and showed his faith through murder and strife, often working with both the highbloods and lowbloods during the rebellions, sweet talking his way into many of the higher ups hearts, telling them exactly what they'd want to hear, that if they followed his plans they could become heroes, or receive a higher standing in the military, that they'd be able to gain riches, lands, power if they followed his plan and succeeded. All these were False promises as he lead both squads of rebels and highblood troops into ambushes laid by the other, framed many, befriended, and betrayed even more. Sold his own kind into slavery, and even became moirails with a rebel captain to dig his claws deeper into the struggle. However he couldn't keep it up forever, and soon it all caught up with him, He lead the squad his moirail commanded into a trap, while his moirail was confused at first he soon understood as The Demented took his spot next to the highblood commanded, before they attacked he smirked and in a jeering voice said "Long Live Her Imperious Condescension." After surviving his betrayal his now ex-moirail sold him out to the highbloods (since he had been playing both sides for fools) who sentenced him to be publicly executed, His Executor, known for her unwavering following of the law, When she came for him he lied to his matesprit telling her "He'd be back soon" knowing what was to happen. He was taken to the capitol in shackles where his sentence would be carried out in the square. His limbs were torn from his body leaving him a head on torso. He laughed, hiding the pain and regret of lying to matesprit and smiled at his Executor, who only glared down at him and said "Her Imperious Condescension." before she severed his head from his neck.
His last words, said after an airy chuckle were: "How Ironic"
This is Kionne, (Pronounced Key-On) He follows the same religion as his ancestor, Who left a journal, and his amulet for his descendant to find, but Kionne goes about making his "offerings" in a more direct way. He Kidnaps and murders trolls in his hive, bathing in their blood. He mostly goes for lowbloods that wont be missed, but occasionally he'll go for a higher caste. His body covered in tattoos of symbols from his religion. Not much to say about him, He does enter the military when he gets older and eventually comes back to Alternia to Leave his ancestor's journal and amulet for his own descendant to find before returning to the fleet and dying in battle later down the line. (I'll elaborate on this later)
This is Jeriko, Kionne's descendant and at first glance obviously not down with their weird religion, and HE isn't. He is quiet, Timid, Gloomy, and Pessimistic to the nth degree. He has no self confidence and it's amazing he's survived so long. He enjoys listening to music (Mostly video game ost's) and large coats with hoods that can easily hid his face if needed. He enjoys playing video games and staying online and writing from time to time, he enjoys books and is really just a major shut in, only leaving his hive to get a new game or book, or to buy food. Nothing too gummy of they'll clog up his braces though. To be honest he's probably the least threatening troll in existence. He'd rather hide than fight or have social contact in any way (That's not online) and would rather play a game than go outside. However, he doesn't know it but he has D.I.D (dissociative identity disorder) and while he himself couldn't protect himself from a wet paper bag, his second personality just as ruthless, if not moreso, than his Ancestor Kionne.
His second personality is the exact opposite of Jeriko, He's loud, Obnoxious, Sadistic, Violent, Aggressive, and would much rather bury a knife in someone's eye socket than ever pick up a book. He's pervert, Overconfident, and has no shame whats so ever, but most importantly of all, where Jeriko is timid and quite sane, He is disturbing, deranged and mentally unstable. His moods often fluctuate from cocky arrogance to homicidal fits of rage. Since he doesn't Have a name himself he simply goes by Geno. Taken from part of his trolltag: dementedGenocider.
Since they are two separate identities they don't share memories, and only Geno seems to realize that he isn't the dominant personality, while Jeriko has no idea Geno even exists.
Their switching can be triggered by numerous things:
Loud noises
Blows to the head
fainting
extreme distress (in jeriko's case)
Threat of imminent death or injury
Sleeping
The general act of one or the other sleeping can change dominance in Jeriko's/Geno's psyche, as such both, most of the time, are extremely tired.
Geno's existence came from Jeriko's childhood where he suffered from terrible mood swings and headaches, this was the first instance of him experiencing his bloodlust that Has been passed down his genetic line, however, unlike his ancestor, or his ancestor before him, Jeriko didn't give into, as such he developed much differently. Due to shoving his bloodlust away and keeping it deep deep down he had no aggression himself, he didn't WANT to hurt anyone or anything, this caused him to get picked on a lot, and thanks to him not wishing to fight, he also didn't protect himself, and that's where Geno came from. While HE wouldn't protect himself, his brain subconsciously made a second personality that WOULD, however, it also unleashed his pent up bloodlust he had been keeping in check. For awhile it was fine, His second personality would only come out when he was in danger (unknown to him of course) and he no longer got his headaches or mood swings.
However as he grew, His second personality continued to grow more sentient, self aware, and soon was able to take over more easily, however still not strong enough to establish total dominance, nor will Geno ever be able too, not that he minds.
The longest Geno has ever been in control for was a full week, but he refrains from that too much since Jeriko loses time and gets confused, he wants to keep himself secret, if jeriko found out about him he might start consciously suppressing him like the bloodlust from so long ago, and Geno likes his freedom.
