Also in the spirit of updates: update on Jerry the Pothos, he has two new leaves and a couple existing leaves have gotten big as fuck.

I invested in 'indoor plant food' as a cheat strat and have been rotating him in his windowsill perch so the phototropism helps him become more 3 dimensional

guys, just a fucking update: Jerry the $5 Pothos, my first intentional houseplant, is doing good.

He has like 2 new leaves, I woter his ass every sunday, and move his ass *into* the window during the day, and *out* of the window during the drafty cool nights,

In the interest of *ever* figuring out how to not slowly kill plants, I got a fucking Pothos in a plain plastic pot with drainage.

I swear to god if I can't make this plant happy and alive and good I give up forever. It's a pothos, that's like, LittleTykes My First Houseplant™️, the cockroach of houseplants even.

It's name is Jerry. He is currently alive.
