there is this israeli resturant near my house i love going to for three reasons
1. they dont judge that i enjoy eating alone. normally i get the "forgetting sarah marshal" treatment yknow "its just one guy! by himself! yea take the other chair he doesnt need it!" no these guys just "table for one? okay over here. what can i get you"
2. the food is perfect EVERY time. its family run which is nice but like i've never been anywhere so consistantly good.
3. this one may come off wrong but i enjoy seeing people from other countries in like day to day situations. like they're working and speaking their native toung and even though i dont speak it i can grasp that one guy told a joke, or like when this older lady yells from behind the kitchen at them and they scurry off (like me and my brother when our mom yells 'if you have time to stand around do something around the house.') like we use the word foreign and yeah to an extent but really i mean if you look at them just you see so much framiliarity
