Gotham in all your glory you are helping mommy realize so much. You’ve curled up beside me when I was at my lowest. You followed me when I couldn’t even stand the sight of my own shadow. I remember the day we first saw you and how we knew we couldn’t let you go, it broke us to leave you behind and instantly knew that you were ours and that we were coming back to bring you home. Home isn’t a place, its not an object it’s the soul we carry with us, it’s the love we have and give. You will always be home, no matter where we are or what happens you are loved. i haven't drawn in so long and my muscles are deteriorating and it feels painful to try but the best i can do is extremely self indulgent art of my fursona referenced from candid pictures of me on hikes
