My one and only goal for the day was to re-sign up for Planet Fitness, and after much hesitation and procrastination (For what reasons-- I don’t know)- I did it! I’m officially a member at a gym again. This time around I went for the plan where I can bring a friend- I think that will also help keep me motivated. There’s absolutely no reason why I can’t go workout now, and I think it’s going to be a good thing for me. Back when I was consistently losing weight I was also going to the gym 3/4 times a week. I also like-- regularly took my body measurements and really planned out my meals and a whole bunch of other things that made it easy for me to be successful. So before I hit the gym later today- I think I’m going to take some time to plan and do some of those TDEE calculators so I can get a good idea of what I need to be doing to be as successful as I can be. I got a good feeling about it this time around. I’m gonna do it one day at a time, one step at a time- And by the end of this year I’ll be so much better off. xoxo Jess
