I wish the show did more with Diaspro's powers as the Fairy of Gemstones....

There's so much room to explore how gem manipulation (and i assume creation) could influence Diaspro's fighting style, personality, and her value to the kingdom 🥲

Diaspro as a haughty princess on the surface but secretly a rock/crystal/gem nerd would be sooo funny, say smth slightly wrong abt the pretty rock and she will step in and be like uM ACTUALLY-

I feel like the "I'm a pawn for my family" storyline they keep teasing could be taken further w this also, bc I'm sure having someone who can extract and create precious stones and crystals would be very beneficial for a kingdom's economy...😭

I tried to search how gemstones could be used in weaponry or in a battle scenario, but seems like they're too brittle (?) I'm sure someone can expand on this hahaha

The reason why Lady (Sky's labrador retriever) doesn't listen to Brandon's instructions is because he has a soft spot for dogs and always succumbs to her begging for treats/food

Sky scolds both of them constantly, he wants Lady to stay healthy after all, stop falling for her whining and cute eyes Brandon!

Random thought/headcanon

What if Diaspro and Sky often practiced swordplay when they were children, and Diaspro showed great potential at being a physical fighter / commander bc she was agile with weapons and cunning

But her parents forced her to give up any activity of that sort in favour of training her to be a princess, so she has been conditioned to never show her ability in public eye and opts to use magic instead

But her magical ability isn't that great, so most of her spells are defensive, restraining or automatic spells that react to movement.

She will prob never achieve enchantix bc she lacks proper magical training and its ingrained in her that her life is more valuable than that of others and that others should do the protecting, so she v rarely puts herself in harms way
