"So I gotta ask about the getup." It was the first thing that came to Yuzuha's mind upon almost bumping into the young girl around the sidewalk corner. And with very little to go off of she could only really describe it as colorful. Yet for something that seemed like a costume for one of those circus performances she was pretty sure there wasn't anything around that fit said description.
"Are you late for something? You do parties with something like that on or is it just ya' know a thing here that I wasn't aware of?"
