feelin gross
im pretty upset, i got in a car accident a little less then a month ago,it wasnt super bad but the collision screwed up my back pretty bad... the physiotherapist and the doctor told me to take it easy and not strain myself by working out and told me that i cant wrestle for the rest of the season
i havent been able to be active in almost a month and i feel disgusting, i just want to go to the gym and workout. I feel like a sloth
im really grateful that the accident didnt affect me more than it did (it affected my dad much worse than me) but at the same time i just wanna lift some weights, or go to a kickboxing class, or wrestle!
oh well, im trying to be on that Isaiah 53:4-5, "Surely He took up our diseases and carried our pain. For He was wounded for our transgressions bruised for our iniquities, the chastisement of our peace was upon Him and by His stripes we are healed."
