The cover of journal is rather plain. It's a hardback book bound in a dark brown leather with a lacy strap going across the front and side to keep it closed. Each cover has the corrosponding number of the journal branded into the top right corner. In the top left, Afton has imprinted his name in cursive.

I'm assuming this is about Subject Seven! You're quite spot on--similar to domestic cat skulls in a way. Big eye sockets and a small snout, but she had pretty small, almost transparent teeth due to her age. With a lil bit of an underbite on her front canines!

Eleven had three, violet eyes! I thought I'd linked the old drawing I did of it to my info post, but turns out I didn't- Two rather round eyes, with a third, narrow eye just above the one on his left side~ I don't like that drawing very much I did, but it's all I have for a reference for you LMAO
