I just watched Top Gun with my family and it was hard to not rattle about every random fact I know about Top Gun. But I'm known for googling random facts about movies, so I can talk about some of them.
I know, that in dubbing they need to change some things to fit them in actors mouth, but changing iconic lines “I feel the need…” “Need for speed!” and “You can be my wingman any time.” “Bullshit. You can be mine.” makes me clench my teeth.
I also never questioned that before, but do you realise, how often are characters in jets without their oxygen masks? So can anybody who knows about flying, explain it? It is realistic or it is just for cinematographic purposes (e.g. to see actor's face)?
