Personally, I didn’t prepare much for the interview. Like at all, actually. I bought my blazer an hour beforehand at a Ross store nearby, and went in there without any idea that I was going to be handed a textbook and asked to mock-lesson plan in five seconds. So I can’t give anything really concrete, but I can tell you exactly what I did that I felt was successful, right here in this post.
Basically, I thought to myself, “If they want me, they’ll choose me once they see my skills and personality. If they want someone else, they’ll choose someone else. I’m not going to fake my way into this program.”
And that’s the best choice I could’ve made.
