The New York Jets and Ryan Fitzpatrick’s showdown is now over, but the former Harvard quarterback was talking to the New York Daily News today about his off-season. It was not as easy as it sounds. Fitzpatrick was getting drug by the fans badly.
“Yeah, some of them were trying to feel it out and like buddy me up to get the answer,” Fitzpatrick said, via Seth Walder of the New York Daily News. ‘What’s really going on with the situation?’ They wanted my agent’s number. Some of them were telling me I need to sign. ‘Stop being so greedy.’”
