JFade's Auto-Refilling Pet Bowl Repo'd to OFB
This refills by itself, Sims don't have to bother with it, and it automatically deduces $10 from family funds when it refills. The wood now pulls textures from the Decra-Chill and the plastic pulls textures from the vase of the Mixed Flowers bouquet. Guid and filename are the same

Pets Only Bathtub
Description: Have you resorted to placing a bathtub in your Sim's backyard because his in house bathroom is too small? Are you driven nuts by the fact that the Sims seem to not care that said bathtub is outside and attempt to use it anyhow?
Put your mind to ease, this bathtub, cloned from the bathtub in the base game, is only usable by Pets.
This tub comes with no custom color of any kind, and instead pulls it's colors from the Maxis tub. As a result, it will also get all custom recolors of the Maxis tub as well.

JFade's 13 Inch TV Repo'd to the BG Trottco TV
The tv and stand are separate subsets. The stand looks a bit wonky with the default texture but I checked it with a bunch of recolors and those looked great, the one on the left uses my Yeti metal recolors which you can find in my Trottco tag. I also lowered the price to $100 because it's so tiny
