Hello Cree! I was wondering if it was possible to repository the Moune Torrox stairs main mesh (the stucco part) to BB's Niche set? (link to main mesh here: https://modthesims.info/d/415931/torrox-spanish-southwestern-build-set-part-1-master-objects.html) If this is not something you are interested in doing, no problem! I'm just thinking that a lot of the other items in the Torrox set would work well with the stucco recolors I already have in the BB Niche set. Thank you!

It's the perfect shape to repo to BB's Niche but doing that would break any of the objects repo'd to the Wall subset of the Torrox stairs so you'd also have to repo all of those to BB's Niche. I don't use the Torrox set but I know it's a big build set. I'm not really interested in going through all of it to see what's repo'd to the stucco, plus certain build items like doors and windows wont work wit the Repo wizard

Hi, I love your cc! But for some reason they will not show up in my game :( :( :( Is there something I am doing wrong? When I go to download your cc, instead of having multiple packages, there is just one instead of many recolors and they will not show up in my game

I put everything in a zipped file, each file should contain the individual files and at least one preview picture. Are you unzipping the files before putting them in your downloads?

Garden of Shadows: a preservation effort

Like many of us, I grew up with Garden of Shadows. To me, it was more than just a forum. It was a place I could ask for help, learn new skills and, best of all, find amazing content in any style I could possibly want. I loved the board names, the people, the themes; everything, really.

And I admit I was more than a little heartbroken to find it gone.

After mulling it over, I decided that I wanted to preserve what I possibly could. I spent a few hours yesterday running through strategies and ideas about how to best go about it, and the best I could come up with was, well, exactly the same.

So, here it is: the Garden of Shadows mirror forum.

I've only just started, but I hope to add a little bit to it every day. The primary focus will be on preserving all the knowledge and custom content. I'm tackling it myself, but if you feel so inclined, you're more than welcome to join in.

Hey, do you have a set of actions or anything for the luasims colors? Or do you just match as best you can?

I open a PNG of the Lua swatch in a separate tab in Photoshop then use the eyedropper tool

Hello Creesims! Would you happen to know if anyone has made Rugged Llama frame recolors? I haven't been able to come across any.

There's a CEP that repo's it to the frame of the BG Lady on Red but I don't remember who it's by and Sims2Artists is down so I can't check the Tweaky Fixy Masterpost. But if you can track down the CEP, I fixed Michelle's frame recolors here

NL Sit 'N Grin Photo Booth in @luasims Colors

I used one of @poppet-sims recolors as a base but switched out the graphics with a couple of TS4 Icons and some textures from the Ribba picture frame. This object has 2 subsets so you can mix and match the colors

So, in the Sims basegame objects.package, there's a semi-functional DnD-style roleplaying game table which, from its limited options when other people poked at and play-tested it, seemed like it was going to have one player act as the game master and then other Sims would change into LARP-y costumes so they could play different classes (it's theorised that this was the purpose of the hidden basegame warrior AF outfit with the super-cleavage, but that connection isn't proven).

Given the Sims 2 modding community is on steroids atm, has anyone ever actually looked at finishing it as lost-and-found TS2 content? I don't know enough to know how broken it is or even how it would ideally function, but it's a neat concept.

I would happily contribute texture-making or copy-writing (and even basic meshing/frankenmeshing) if other people were interested in the code. I'm about to head to bed so I can't go digging myself but it got me thinking that it would be a fun thing for potential hobby and skill building with a social element 🤔

4t2 Growing Together Stuff Repo'd

I cloned conversions by EnjaToki, @jinxxsims, @lafeeverte-sims, @pixelasher and @platinumaspiration and gave them new Guids so they wont conflict with the originals. Master meshes are included, previews use some of the recolors I’ve made

AF ShortDressBoots With Heels, BG Repo

I found this mesh in an archive of SimsExchange stuff but I'm pretty sure it was from the defunct All About Style site. It's the same as the BG Dina Caliente dress except the boots have high heels. I put the BG textures on it and repo'd them to the BG files. Pinned to the BG section of CAS but not townified. Set as Everyday. Mesh is included, it has a fat morph but no preg morph
