just had a pretty middling normal dream end with me distracted doing something and feeling the sensation (VERY SHARPLY AND CLEARLY) of a needle at my hip and going "what is that what are you doing" and getting no answer and then I managed to jolt myself out of the dream but I was stuck asleep bc with CFS sometimes I'm too fucking tired to wake up all the way so I just laid there half awake having snatches of dreams, scared out of my mind, feeling my body shake and shudder with horror. the feeling was so real it was so real. I'm afraid to go back to sleep. it doesn't sound that scary but i. i haven't felt this scared and violated and terrified since body flashbacks of the fucking SA I experienced
