Jherimy would take a more teasing approach, “maybe you’re right, maybe you aren’t my type,” before dropping to a private whisper, “but between you and I, I’ve never had a type. I do know I like you though.”
Theodore would definitely ALMOST say something before he just scowls and becomes more quiet than usual until you’re alone. Then he’ll say some off the wall shit like “I once read that some people meet someone as a child and that defines their type for the rest of their life… I believe it”
Cats mood would definitely drop afterwards and she’d be quick to redirect the attention back to the person who asked, “Don’t ask personal questions, don’t both them, etc” until you’re alone and hit you with an “you’re wrong.. about my type.”
