Some magic user thoughts

1. Scar is top tier magic skill (wizard+vex+elf). Has some of the most experience and the vex deal isn't as strong post s6 as it was in it but it's hard to shake. Also super willing to use it during sex. His wizard crystals are a nice starter, some soft enchantments that just generally make things more interesting (warmth/cooling, vibration that goes through you like electricity, maybe a little actual shocks if he's feeling fancy). The Vex magic is where stuff gets intense. In s6 he could do full sensory manipulation (dulling, fully depriving, and heightening), mind control (though he was careful to keep an out in place for his partner. If they ever so wish at any point, any- and every- thing stops. Consent is key), body manipulation (loved giving fun new body parts), and all sorts. After leaving that season it's dulled down to just a little sensory manipulation (less overpowering, can't completely deprive a sense and can only heighten things so much. Still A Lot, but not like in s6) elf stuff just makes the magic easier to control.

Next: Gem (wizard + elf) her magic is a little different, where Scar makes crystals and enchants them, Gem takes advantage of the magic inside of the crystals she harvests. It feels very electric, like it hits nerves directly and leaves her partner twitching with aftershocks for several minutes.

Cub (vex): he usually preferred the restraint and telekinetic parts of his Vex magic and in s6 he could do full suspension play even through a lot of resistance. Post season he can still restrain enough to be equivalent of some cuffs but it's weaker than Scar's because he didn't keep up with magic practices.

Grian, Xisuma, and Joe have various forms of Watcher/Admin magic but it's more risky to use during sex so they tend to avoid it.

Weeell since you've expressed interest in watcher/admin magic

Admin magic is more physically dangerous (and people think Xisuma way outclasses Joe in power/skill but that's only because X is a voidwalker and Joe looks human. Note that I said looks because Joe "the end gateway portal looks like a mirror to me" Hills is not human. What is he you ask? The only answer he gives is "Joe Hills". They're pretty matched in power, but X does a bit more admin work on a daily basis so he has a bit more practice) because it's player data manipulation and if you hit the data the wrong way it becomes unreadable(and can easily become corrupted if the unreadable data isn't fixed in time and when that happens it's horrific). When used carefully it can be some incredibly unique experiences and sensations though.(I realized belatedly that some stuff I was going to give to admin magic went to Scar's vex powers(like body manipulation) but he's my special guy so maybe he's just got some extra power)

Watcher magic is instead more mentally risky, it relies on influencing your perception and feelings. Gone wrong it can blur consent lines and send someone into a mental breakdown. Gone right it's a beautiful blend of nice feelings and fun hormone cocktails that leave you feeling light and energized for days
