If Billy was the only British man Nemo thought he could trust, and you get the feeling his only friend, who tf is that dude in ep 10 and who tf is his brother? edit: So, British man in 10 is Cornelius Fogg, brother(?) of Phileas Fogg, Around the World in 80 Days.
