I was just exploring the idea of Kiara’s nine lives as Autumn running out but she and Jack are able to meet up again in another time where they are just teens. Then I realized how cruel I can be to take her away from him in the first place…

And she will cherish the memory for every one of her nine lives. The black cat of Halloween, the secret keeper of falling leaves. She remembers her lives and remembers her deaths. She whispers to the spirits, and guides them home for a night. Her colors change with the trees, her touch turns them to autumn. Fire answers to her, and dances to her song.
Then winter comes… she may rest in his loving arms. ❄️🍁

I’m so normal about this but… I headcanon that Jack is extra fluffy after a nap and Kiara is an absolute tyrant with a camera. And Nevermore needs his closeup at all times.

This is just one of the many betrothals concepts I have imagined for Kiara and Jack. With a white veil, and the moon shining above. And flowers upon the both of them, to symbolize their eternal youth and coexistence with the natural world…
