Here is Gamera's fifth opponent, the Giant Demon Beast, Jiger!
Jiger is definitely one of the most underrated Kaiju in the Gamera Franchise, in fact, maybe all of Kaiju Media. Being a Kaiju who emerged when a Statue called the Devil's Whistle was removed that kept it asleep, She definitely gave Gamera a tough first fight. But she also has this really creepy Abilities, such as her Magentum Ray that reduces humans to skeletons , as well as to inject her eggs into other kaiju when she pierces them with her Spiked Tail. That is creepy, as a Baby Jiger grew and made Gamera seriously injured and weaken when it was inside him. Luckily the baby was killed and Gamera got better and defeated her. She also had a cool appearance in Gamera Rebirth, while the fight with her could have been better, she still put up a pretty fine battle.
Jiger is pretty cool and like all Gamera's Rouges Gallery, definitely underrated. I look forward to seeing her in the future. Hope you like it!
For my design I leaned heavily on her Gamera: Rebirth design, but used some of her Showa features, such as Circular Patterns on her body, and her abilities. I also made her Frilled Crest more spikey and made here body color a little more reddish.
