            A TAP was given to the other’s shoulder, feeling EMBARRASSED that             she had to ask such a silly question. But it needed to be done, she HAD             to find it.

the boy presents himself holding a bouquet of flowers and a smile on his features. he gently leaves the item in her hands with a few simple words " happy birthday serena " ❤️

her hummingbird heart  is aflutter as keiji hands the bouquet to her, her fingers gently grasping the stems and her cheeks becoming rosy pink and she holds it tighter to her chest. serena hadn’t expected to see him here, not in the streets of lumiose, not in the lobby of her apartment.
