There was a story where Clint was a Dom, and a friend who ran a BDSM club (I thought her name was Raisa) asked him to come help with a possible troublemaker. It turned out that the troublemaker was Phil's mark (he was undercover as a sub) and the mark had drugged Phil. C/C wound up together to take care of Phil's problem, and then stayed a couple afterward. Help?

There was a story that was about the aftermath of an Avengers' mission, somehow all of the Avengers had been in one big mind meld; they had separated and needed some time apart. Clint headed for Phil and Natasha headed for her husband, Fury. And that's all I remember, I know it's not much . . .

The only clue we've received from followers is that it was on the kinkmeme. Unfortunately, the kinkmeme is impossibly difficult to search unless you know the prompt the fill was for.

There was a story where Coulson was a Guide with no intention of bonding but found himself bringing Sentinel Clint, a marine, back to SHIELD anyway (I think it's an orphaned WIP). There was something about setting up Guide Maria Hill to bond with Sentinel Natasha. Oh, and Clint's spirit animal was a Hawk, of course, and I think Coulson's was a Badger. Please help!

You are quite correct, it is an orphaned WIP.  It's called Acquisition.
