Sadness

I've been sick like a dog and seem to have completely ignored Val Kilmer's passing.

To me, he'll always be Jim Morrison, probably the best role of an uneven career that ended so unfairly:

And yes, Riders On The Storm is probably in my personal top five ever, just after Bach's Goldberg Variations (which is my personal #1, all genres considered). An absolute masterpiece.

Rest in power, Val Kilmer, for you were also our youth.
