The wind is crisp and cold as it gently whooshes past Y/n, making the hem of her flowery sundress flutter in a rather graceful manner, the noise of distant traffic filling the silence comfortably as she walks hand in hand with Jin by her side, the night sky blank contrasted to the view of the bright city skyline. The refreshing smell of petrichor fills her lungs as the cold seeps into her skin making her shudder lightly, clinging onto Jin for the much-needed warmth and comfort. No one speaks a word, the both of them way too exhausted from the day's tasks at work to even try and use their voice. To be aware of each other's presence is all they need to feel, and they do, with all of their heart. The light shuffling of their shoes against the cemented floor before they sit down on the terrace wall is pleasant to listen to in a weirdly calming way, maybe because of how minimalistic the noise is compared to the chaos they face throughout the day, but, they decide not to dwell on the why's, rather, they allow themselves to enjoy the peace as a way of recharging all the energy they lost through the day. As they swing their legs in sync with the non-existent music, Jin closes his eyes and lays his head on Y/n's shoulder, unconsciously taking notice of how beautiful the whispering wind sounds when accompanied by the swaying trees, and soon enough, they drift away to sleep, a small smile present on their face as if their subconscious knows they will be ready to face the brand new day that life is bound to present them with tomorrow. It's a new start every day, and they can't be more grateful.
