omg yeah the brain part like i cant control my thoguths or stop them and i go over stuff a 100 times becaus emy mind is always else where and it gives me headaches bc i cant focus on anything?? also i speak rly fast and ppl dont understand me a lot :/ i forget stuff i know i know too like i freak out bc im always forgetting words and stuff even details about my stuff sometimes like i cant remmeber friends/family’s names sometimes ?? idk my culture doesnt rly take mental health seriously especially things like adhd so i cant rly look into any of it which sucks bc my anxiety has been so bad for a while now and im terrified of how bad it gets sometimes ?
