Jinhai runs a hand over the mark on Mary’s shoulder, the human busy with her paper.

“I’m not trying to.” The look she gave him made him chuckle and kiss the wolf on her shoulder, the mark showing his passion for animals. His own mark, a paper with a pawprint on it showed her passion for research and learning of new animals herself.
