Her forced laugh couldn’t be that obvious? As a teenager, when her social skills didn’t reach their peak yet and she needed to be around people, pretend everything was okay, she would fake her laughter and smile so people wouldn’t be too curious to find out what was going on in her life. As an adult, her reactions were most of the time genuine. She has learned how to show her moodiness to people, let them know she wasn’t in the mood of joking around and hope they would take the hint to leave her alone. She didn’t want to do that to Jisoo; they planned their small date a beforehand and she didn’t want her moodiness to be the reason to cancel their plans and think for another day for their date.

        ❛Huh?❜ Ah yes, acting as if she doesn’t know what the other is talking about was her way to ignore questions. ❛A laugh tells many things, don’t it?❜ Why not ignore her question even more and start to ramble nonsense? ❛Like, there are many different laughs but the genuine was is the best. Or that’s what people think. I think so too. Especially if I’m the reason for it.❜ While speaking, somewhat a genuine smile tugged onto the corner of her lips while her dark orbs were wandering around the different buildings, mainly looking at the windows where clothes were worn by mannequins and they were showing them off, trying to sell those clothes.

“Hmm… yes. But depends what kind of adventure we are talking about.”

 Clicking her tongue against her palate, the older woman gives her own chin a gentle tap, proof of her previous pondering action. Afterwards, a rapid peek at her wrist watch causes an impish grin to curve the supple form of her mouth. It is already later than the older has initially expected when her eyes landed on the device’s dial, but the idea of embarking in such activity doesn’t scare her one bit. In spite of her rather inert demeanor, Taeyeon finds joy into insignificant and foolish recreations- rebellions- as her friend likes to call them.

“I hope we are not talking about cheating or any other adventures that can… harm other people, though. But I think getting mocha lattes at two am in the morning can’t be considered as harmful. If anything, only our sleep schedules will have to suffer…” a snort echoes past her lips while one of her arms snakes around Jisoo’s, her head tilted towards the other’s. “Then again, it’s already late so we have nothing to lose. Come on, my car is in the parking lot. Let’s get our jackets.”

No. 5, 1948: Do you tend to break away from traditions and cultural norms? Are you the rebellious type?

+ Rebellious? I don’t really think I’m rebellious... {` her gaze averts upwards for a moment, recalling a single rebellious bone in her body `} I think I tend to follow traditions religiously. Not that it’s a bad thing, right? I always just follow what I think is right.

Pietà: Name something that tugs at your heartstrings.

+ Topics regarding families. When someone talks about their parents, sister, or grandma. I’ve been away from home for so long and I only get to go home once in a blue moon. Seeing my family is like a luxury nowadays. I think whenever I hear stories about families, especially at the moment of realization of how important they are, it makes me quite a bit sentimental. My first thoughts are “I want to see them” or “I really miss my gradma’s beef stew.”

Venus De Milo: Do you believe that everyone deserves a second chance, no matter what they've been through in the past?

+ I believe so. Actually, people deserve many chances in life. It’s the same as failing. You fail once, then you decide to try again. There are events in life that make people feel as if they’ve been wrong all along. And then they take this realization and react two ways: change or stay the way they are and remain in that slump forever. I believe humans have an innate ability to weigh if a person deserves another chance or not and view it objectively. But for me, I think most people deserve it, but there is always an exception to the rule. Only a few, though.

The Thinker: Do you often find yourself getting lost in thought? What is it usually about?

+ Just...life. {` a soft chuckle then follows `} Sometimes, I would be thinking of the future. Sometimes, i’d be thinking of possible resolutions to problems that I face. I always have something to think about, but I almost never voice them out.

The Great Wave off Kanagawa: Do you like the Ocean?

+ Yes! Although I am bad at swimming, I think it the ocean, or any body of water, is a great place to go and think or calm down.

Water Lily Pond: What are your favorite flowers?

+ I’m not very particular with flowers. I just really like ones that smell nice.

   “ but what if they do understand? ” she spoke softly, visible tears in her eyes as she looked at her friend with a worrisome expression.  “ they might be the purest animals there are! well, bunnies are pure too...dogs too...my cat... ” she started making a list, one of her finger raising up with each naming until there were ten fingers up and she blinked, a frown forming on her lips.  “ you do get my point. and they’re so fluffy and adorable! squishy squishy...they deserve protection. ” she said, suddenly pulling herself up from her place and she placed both of her hands on the other’s shoulders. “ i’ll buy all the hamsters! i will be the one to protect them! ”

Though there are a lot of other ice cream stores, perhaps I should instead be glad you have good taste. Good job” he replies dryly, thumb lifting to show her the sign and then dropping it as he makes his way to the counter display and focuses his attention onto the rows of ice cream flavour that were currently on show. “So, what flavour did you come to get?” he ask curiously, gaze still on the display.
