Alriiiiiight. I’m gonna start with a character you can see in my header image:

This is a very old character of mine, Slen Düster. He’s probably still one of my favorites from way back in my ye’old creepypasta faze back in 2012-2014. At first, he was just a jerkwad in a jumpsuit with a gun, but then I started to really develop him into something much less 2D. 

Turns out, despite his brash and harsh nature toward most people, he’s actually a pretty chill dude! He’s got 2 kids, a loving wife, a stable home life and a well-paying job. 

If you notice, his right eye (our left) is scarred. You may think it was for some badass reason, but no. Unfortunately not. His wife threw one of her platform heels at him and permanently blinded him. WHOOPS. Oh well. He can still function just fine without it.

In the background of all the mundane bullshit, he’s actually apart of my first original species I called “shadows” lmao creative right? No. A friend of mine actually created a branch of shadows called “nightmare shadows” that cause people nightmares and feed off their fear. That’s what this fucker is. :D Butler by day for the Flame Household and nightmare feeder by night.

“Time management is absolutely paramount- especially when your classes are in different times of the day. Make sure to set aside some time for yourself so you aren’t overworked and socially inept, but also prioritize time towards classes.”

“Speaking of classes, attendance is important- but in the case you are unable to attend a class for whatever reason, make sure you have at least one friend you can trust to provide you notes or catch you up on what you’ve missed; not all professors are kind enough to give you notes when you ask.”

Jonathan:

“Make sure to take care of yourself- exercise, sleep, and a proper diet should already be a standard for everyday living, but it is especially important during college when your energy output needs to be managed accordingly.”

Jonathan:

“College can be stressful at times and you may feel like quitting when it gets rough. But it’s important you keep your goal in mind for these depressive moments- you must never give up, even when it gets bleak. You must always believe in yourself and your abilities, no matter what happens. I wish you the best of luck for you college years- I know you will be able to succeed!”
