Previous asker’s HC is cute, but my HC is almost polar opposite lol! I headcanon that Orihime is the teaser and Ichigo is constantly tortured by her allure. I also hc that he is way more romantic than she is; he would want to read sonnets to her -albeit red-faced an stuttering the first few times- and she would want to crawl onto his lap and shut him up with a steamy kiss. Not that he would offer much resistance.

I think, from the moment they really understand there's no shame in kissing or even being themselves in front of the other, they become more or less steamier.
Both Ichigo and Orihime in my opinion, with Orihime teasing him (sexy way and other) and with Ichigo pleasing her by truly giving her his undivided attention.
I agree with Ichigo being more romantic, since he is really into shakespearian literature. He'd organize little dates, little occasions for them to be together, alone, but would also be the one be very gallant and attentive to Orihime.
Whereas Orihime herself would first be sweet, then enter a stage where she wants to see her dear Ichigo lose his shit and take her against a wall anytime of the day. But most of the days, she's a fair mix of the two.
