Growing up, I often expected people to treat me the way I treated them. Or go to the same effort for me as I would for them. I realised that I misunderstood the saying “Treat people the way you want to be treated”. The saying goes that you should treat people how you WOULD like to be treated. Not necessarily how you WILL be treated. So the bottom line is; do everything from your heart and do everything for God. Expect nothing from nobody. Because God sees it all and God will reward you with even more than what you deserve!

Went on a road trip to Aomori. Took a little over 10 hours by car but was a complete blast! I finally got to see Nebuta Matsuri! For those living in Aomori, your prefecture is beautiful!

I cannot stress enough how social media has kept me alive. If it was just me and my family I would have long since descended into the void.
