Busy night for visitors at the Steele house! CJ casts a Sunlight charm to protect the garden.
Destined for another pile of ash?
Encouraged by CJ’s mental hold to ignore the flames, Joaquin keeps at the jelly bean bush and finds a different end than eternal flames. Poor guy doesn’t even remember why he was so hungry for jelly beans! Grim takes no pity on him.
CJ might have swung by the resort on his way home to drop off baby Minty and ensorcel a ill suited suitor. Said suitor might now feel and endless need to eat jellybean after jellybean after jellybean. *I totally missed the shot of CJ in his evil ensorceling glory...grr.*
Turns out witnessing someone burn to death is a little stressful and a trip to the resort seems in order. Joaquin has no complaints in acting as Epi’s stress relief.
Epi spots her old friend Joaquin in the park and appreciates having a shoulder to cry on. I might warn Joaquin that the last guy who lent Epi a shoulder is now a pile of ashes, but what’s the fun in that?
